Checking in. How is everyone doing with the first week of the challenge?

Thanks for your feedback Froukjen van Leusen we really appreciate it. We try not do voiceovers if possible. At the Butterfly Sanctuary we were not allowed to film there unless we remained as quiet as possible to protect the butterfly habitat. At the Gran Hotel in order to film there, and respect the other hotel guests we had to whisper the cues and then voice it over later. We were filming very early in the morning to avoid lots of people. These were such unique locations and the only way to film there was by doing a voiceover. In future workouts we’ll take into consideration your feedback. As always, we appreciate that you’re here with us! Let us know if we can do anything more for you. ❤️

The Covid lockdown workouts are the ones we filmed live on YouTube during Covid. They are all located on YouTube as well. Many of our Freedom.Fit members asked that we put them on the app as well. Ann-Marie Robinson that is a great question. Because of strict music licensing regulations we are only able to use what’s called “royalty-free music” and not pop/chart songs. All of the workouts across the world are filmed with music at 130bpm. Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any other questions.
