March 2025 Fitness Challenge

Welcome amazing Freedom Fit friends to our
next 31 Day Fitness Challenge. We're starting off this new month right! You'll notice for each of our cardio days, we'll be doing a variety of walking or stepping workouts. On weight training days we’ll either target the upper or lower body or have a total body strength training session. Our flexibility days will give us the opportunity to slow down and breathe as well as improve flexibility, mobility and stability.

Keep yourself accountable by checking in daily. This is a great place to connect with others who are also taking on this challenge.

Commit today to protect your beautiful heart, reduce stress this month, and just feel overall better. Look forward to reading your daily check-in's.

Day 28 is a Restorative Yoga session in Hawaii. This is our chance to have an active rest day. Feel free to adjust this day, move it to a day that makes sense for your schedule. Typically we try to have one rest day per week. Check- in when you get it done, and let us know how the February 28 Day Fitness Challenge went for you.. Congrats on your hard work! ❤️

Dsy 27 is a total body weight workout. Use two sets of dumbbells, one light and one heavy to train the entire body. There is also the option to use a kettlebell throughout. If you want a little more challenge be sure to follow the two back-up exercisers. Let us know when you got it done. ✅

Day 26 is a cardio session from our Walk Across America Program in Kansas. It was one of the most unique locations we ever expected to find in the state of Kansas. Let us know when you get it done. ✅

Day 25 is a bit longer Step and Weights workout where we’ll train the total body. Start with a warm-up then move on to 3 step combos with weight training sections in between each step combo. We’ll first train the lower body, then 2nd the lower and upper, and finish with some more upper body work and core in the 3rd section. Let us know when you get it done. ✅

Day 24 is a beautiful yoga session filmed in Hawaii. It’s 3 of 3 in our How to Do Yoga Series. Let us know when you have it done. A little less than a week to go in this challenge! Great work!

Day 23 is a strength training session. We’ll warm-up, then do 2 lower body segments to really focus on the lower body. Then we’ll end with a cool-down and stretch. Let us know when you get it done. ✅

Day 22 is from our Walk and Weights program where we’ll do two walking sections with an upper body weight section in between. It’s a great way to get both cardio and strength training for the upper body, completed in one session. Let us know when you get it done. ✅
