Are you comfortable doing most step moves from our Step Across America series at a low-impact level for the duration of each workout? (Usually around 30 minutes per session.)

Happy Birthday ๐ŸŽ‰ ๐ŸŽ‚ ๐Ÿฅณ to our youngest little guy. He has been a shining light and joy in our life since day 1. This last summer he got the courage to get in front of the camera and started to film workouts for kids while we filmed Step & Walk Across Canada. ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ (In editing now.) His kindness for others takes my breath away at times, and we love โค๏ธ his tender little heart. ๐Ÿ’œ If you have a moment, please wish him a Happy Birthday. ๐ŸŽ
