Paula Noyes Gin is truly so fantastic! I'm pretty sure I still have some VHS's of Gin's down in my basement somewhere. And yes, Petra, she is a dear friend of mine, and an incredible fitness instructor. Thanks for the suggestions. 😘

Day 11 is a strength training day. Warm- up first, then we’ll work the upper and lower body followed by a cool down. Let us know when you’ve got it done. ✅ Great work everyone!

Day 10 is a walking workout filmed in Hartland, New Brunswick by the worlds longest covered bridge. What a charming little spot. Let us know when you get it done ✅

Day 9 is a total body weight workout. For this workout, you'll need a set of heavy dumbbells and a set of light dumbbells.
There are also options offered to use a kettlebell. A step bench is also required for this workout. Be sure to put on your favorite music, (we filmed with a beat track at 130 bpm), and enjoy a total body strength training workout. Let us know when you get it done. ✅

Day 7 is a relaxing, restorative yoga session or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
