Day 3 is a strength training session. Start with warm-up then move through two sections of upper body strength with some focus on core work. End with an easy cool down and stretch. Let us know when you get it done. Great work on the challenge so far everyone! 🙌

Day 2 is Step in Ontario. This was such a stunning location to film at and we wanted to get the perfect view so we got up super early to beat the crowds. It was so worth it! Let us know what you think, and check- in when you get a moment!

January 2025 Fitness Challenge

Welcome amazing Freedom Fit friends to our first 31 Day Fitness Challenge in the new year. We're starting off this new year right! You'll notice for each of our cardio days, we'll be doing our latest Step and Walk Across Canada Program. Join us for this amazing journey across each province in Canada.

The Step and Walk Across Canada 🇨🇦Program is now up and ready for you to enjoy. We’ll be using these workouts for our January 31 Day Fitness Challlenge along with some strength training and yoga for a well-rounded fitness routine. Day 29 is a cardio workout we filmed in a Hawaii. It’s a fun 40 minute session with 4 fun combos. Two of the combos are more choreographed and two are a little more athletic. Let us know when you get it done ✅
