Day 19 is a total body weight workout. We’ll warm-up first then strength train the upper body followed by the lower body then end with a cool down and stretch. Let us know when you get it done. ✅

Day 18 is a walking workout in Utah from our Walk Across America Program. Fun fact, it was so windy that day that I had to voice over the entire workout. It was super fun to work out with so many people . Let us know when you get it done ✅

Day 14 is a restorative yoga session or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover, but gentle stretching and connective breathing can enhance a rest day. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
