Day 13 is a super fun step workout, Step by Step. This was the second workout we ever produced and filmed, and it still stands the test of time. Let us know when you get it done! ❤️ Have fun stepping!

Day 12 is a 50 minute yoga flow session where we’ll slow down, connect to our breath, and work on strength, mobility and stability and focus on standing in our power. Check-in when you complete this session.

Day 11 is a strength training session and step. We’ll hit all major muscle groups after stepping and the final session focuses on the core. Do as much or as little as you can to make it work for you. These sections can be split up throughout the day as well. Let us know when you’ve got it done. ❤️
