Day 9 is a Total Body Weight session using lighter dumbbells. We’ll work the upper and lower body as well as the core. It was a pleasure to team teach this workout with fitness icon Kathy Smith. Let us know when you get it done. ✅ Love reading your check-ins and experiences each day. ❤️

Day 7 is a Reatorative Yoga session. On these days, it’s considered an Active Rest day. One day a week we take a “rest day” and have the option to do Restorative Yoga. If you’d like to shift the “rest day” to a different day each week, to fit your schedule, that works as well. Check-in and let us know when you complete this day.
