Day 10 is cardio with a step workout in Idaho, part of the Step Across America Program. It’s a fun one! Great work everyone!
The other 3 exercisers in this workout had never done step before. They were all dance majors at the University close by and we hired them to film the step and walk workouts with us. They did a great job! ❤️ Not bad for first timers. 😀

Day 9 is a Total Body Weight Workoit from our 1984 Footloose ‘Moving with Movies’ Program. We’ll warm-up and work both the upper and lower body followed by a cool-down and stretch. Let us know when you’ve got Day 9 complete. How did you like training both the upper and lower body in one day? Look forward to your thoughts. ❤️
