2.4.25 I love interspersing the walk workouts with the step ones I usually gravitate to, especially on a busy day when I need to get going earlier. 🚶‍♀️👣🍁

2.3.25 This was a wicked good workout 2nd time around. 😜 All that lovely red soil was probably everywhere afterward.☺️ Did you feel the vibe of Tom Conner anywhere?😉 We definitely stomped it up in the workout. 😅

2.2.25 The setting is so pretty and as twilight sets in, we get a dramatic ambiance. The blue-grey building, purple lit fountain, and white carriage and horse all overshadowed by impending rain clouds make for a romantic touch.

It's so fun to get a good workout with unique and beautiful settings. Your choice of backdrops sets you apart in the world of workout! 🥰😁❣️

2.1.25 The modules near lighthouses are some of my favorites.💜  I think because they remind me that God is like a lighthouse and He can guide you through the storms of life all while standing in the presence of majestic beauty. 🦋 This one is also special because I so enjoy the Anne of Green Gables series. 💚

Can you believe it's February!?  Switching up from step to walk is fun on occasion when I get a late start to the day or I'm just not feeling as peppy. Thank you for options!!

1.31.25 Great way to end the first month of 2025! Whew! I love the sunset view from Signal Hill, just beautiful❣️🌆 This was a nice extended module. 😀
