1.8.25 What a pleasant workout! It's a beautiful sight and I love the snippets of trivia and family shots. That's the first time we've heard Tyler's voice and I bet he really enjoys filming B roll of the candids, area history and humorous inserts.

January 7th is "National Bobblehead Day" and  "I Am A Mentor Day." I think Tyler should consider designing a bobblehead of Jenny Ford standing on a tiny Bench Barre. I'd buy one, or would love to earn one by completing some kind of goal you set for your subscribers. 😉 We all know you are a mentor on many fronts so Thank You for your mentorship and keeping us going when we are out of gas.

(p.s. It's also "National Pass Gas Day." What? It's important too, but most like to keep that quiet. 🤪)

1.4.25 In Sept 2023, we went on an east coast cruise that went from Boston to Quebec City. We saw some of the Canadian towns that you have featured in this series - Quebec City, Nova Scotia & Saskatchewan. How fun to now be doing workouts "there." 😀

Those shuffles were hilarious. Glad you had patience with yourself and us on those. 😏 It's always a good feeling to master a move and complete a whole workout.  🎉🍁

1.3.25 I did it, I did it❣️ The twilight view of Quebec is mesmerizing. It's fun to watch the Canucks walk and drive through the area in the background. 🚶🚗

The moving camera was a fun touch at the end! I get a kick out of the moose and his antics, especially when he collapses at the end. 🦌🍁

I'm so glad you were able to complete filming before the rain set in. ☔

12.28.24 Closing in on the end of 2024. Nice walk on Bourbon Street today. 😉 After enduring a bout of severe head cold and limited exercise (only 3 out of 10 days), I'm ready to get back at it on my usual daily schedule. 🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️🕴️
