1.4.25 In Sept 2023, we went on an east coast cruise that went from Boston to Quebec City. We saw some of the Canadian towns that you have featured in this series - Quebec City, Nova Scotia & Saskatchewan. How fun to now be doing workouts "there." 😀

Those shuffles were hilarious. Glad you had patience with yourself and us on those. 😏 It's always a good feeling to master a move and complete a whole workout.  🎉🍁

1.3.25 I did it, I did it❣️ The twilight view of Quebec is mesmerizing. It's fun to watch the Canucks walk and drive through the area in the background. 🚶🚗

The moving camera was a fun touch at the end! I get a kick out of the moose and his antics, especially when he collapses at the end. 🦌🍁

I'm so glad you were able to complete filming before the rain set in. ☔
