11.3.24 Such a beautiful landscape! I'm pretty sure you were a cheerleader, back in the day!😉

This time through, I noticed Frank chasing his baseball down the canal. How did I miss that before? ⚾🤷😅

11.2.24 Saturday episode done! 🧵🤘

I'm looking forward to the series across Canada! Maybe it will launch in January?‼️😁

10.31.24 This was my prelude today for a seniors module, "Select Health." Tanisha has the most beautiful smile and fabulous hair! 😍

10.30.24 This cruise ship workout may be shorter, but no less effective! Just a great option for those days we're pressed for time. ⏰⌛😜

10.29.24 I forgot how much fun this module is... YAY, done for the day. 😉

10.28.24 Woohoo! Got the blood flowing and heart pumping 🩸💖 Thanks Jenny 😘

10.27.24 Sunday, fun-day...keeping up the routine. Move the body, add some weight bearing moves (ankle weights today) and make wise eating choices. 😉 Best of all, go to church and connect with our creator. ❣️🙏✝️

10.25.24 Beautiful night lights in Kentucky.

10.24.24 - Day 3 Walk & Weights. I like these combination workouts with some walk sequences and weight to strengthen the bones. 🚶‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

I wish you were using pilates instead of yoga for the switch up days. I just have to skip those days. 🙁

It's Thursday! Go out and thrive!! 🏅
