Celebrate Saturday! Happy Memorial Day weekend❗💙🤍❤️

5.24.24 This is the first M to M module I've tried. It's definitely for those just starting out, buy I only had 21 minutes so chose this. I was able to amp it up with 2# hand weights, using jogs in place of marches and hops on the leg back movements. :)

Got me on my way and good to see some extra student faces. 🤭

5.23.24 ~ Oh happy Thursday❕

I counted 52 persons who passed through the plaza during this module. 👨‍👨‍👦‍👦👨‍👦 👨‍👧 👩‍👦 👪 👩‍👧 👨‍👦‍👦 👨‍👨‍👦 👫 👨‍👨‍👧👨‍👦 👨‍👧 👩‍👦 👪 👩‍👧 👨‍👦‍👦 👨‍👨‍👦 👫 👨‍👨‍👧🕺🙋‍♀️

5.22.24 I'm back kicking it up with 2# hand weights🏋️‍♀️

Looks like a golf course next to Iron Mountain. After about 20 years of trying to get there, I finally got to visit Iron Mountain! Beautiful 360 view of Atlanta and other cities at the top of the mountain ⛰️ Magnificent and massive historic carving that is larger than Mt. Rushmore. 🐴❗

Thanks for the inspiration to get me there, Jenny❣️

5.20.24 I love it when you wrap up with repeating all three sections. It feels like the full circle is complete and it's very satisfying. Merry Monday to all❣️

Home state happy🏠👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

5.19.24 Oh what a beautiful morning, oh what a beautiful day...🎶

Psalms 65:4 Be blessed. 🙏

5.17.24 You have great focus despite the honking cars and passersby. 🚗👩‍👧🐾

In Idaho, the Shashone Falls would be a great place to film! It's in Twin Falls. If you choose a place in the Treasure Valley or Magic Valley of Idaho, I'd enjoy walking and stepping with you. 😀 That is if you want company/students.
