Bueno❣️👏

Hola! The first module in Mexico is great! So glad to get a surprise this morning and see what I missed yesterday. What a great combination of visuals, moves, music and antics of the local men. I hope you cooled down quickly. I have never seen you so flush during a workout. 😉🥵

I look forward to each workout across Mexico as they roll out. 💚🤍💓

9.26.25 On my way through my 8th round of Stepping Across America. I love this series and this country. Thanks for your spirit and leadership in health, Jenny. Fellow steppers, God bless you one and all! 🙏💜

Exciting news all around for the Ford Family! I anxiously await all the new step and walk modules. 🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️👼 Congratulations Grandma❣️

9.1.25 The view from the top of Signal Hill is fabulous! I loved the combos, added to my faves. 😁❣️

Looking forward so much to the new modules❣️ I love following you around the globe 🌎 and seeing places that I may never get to see in person. Blips of your family is always a bonus. How wonderful you can share these experiences and work together as a unit. God bless you all❣️🙏

Finished 2nd half, but more challenging. Didn't quite get it all, but I'll be back! 😁

Jenny Ford Thank you so much for boldly sharing the facts of this particular location choice. It's good for all of us to recall what a challenging and tumultuous time it was back in 2020. It's always beneficial to remember history and hopefully not repeat the bad chapters again. I still pray for your family over the loss of your eldest son. Scars like that are deep and never fully heal, so bless you for carrying on and continuing to help so many of us to achieve health goals and remain Freedom.Fit❣️🙏😘

Whoa #6! That was a pulse elevator💓! Great prelude to walking the dog. 🐶 Be blessed.

7.13.25 Thanks SC for hosting this Freedom Fit module❣️ Waterside is always a great place to be, exercise and soak in the view. 🌅

7.5.25 Gorgeous day to start the 250th year of the great states of America!🎉 Yay for FREEDOM and cheers to FITness‼️👏

Great session as always. I really like the extended stretches❣️
