1.31.25 Great way to end the first month of 2025! Whew! I love the sunset view from Signal Hill, just beautiful❣️🌆 This was a nice extended module. 😀

1.30.25 Woohoo! Watching the boats and shore visitors was fun. Enjoyed the combos. 😀🍁

1.29.25 This one is excellent for the sequences and view so I am adding it to my favorites. The roundabout was school bus central for awhile. 🚌

I really enjoyed the impromptu reel showing the "castle" and colorful town view. 🥰📹🏰

1.27.25 I just love seeing the opposite angle of the view of Niagara Falls❣️🍁 How wonderful for you to return at night for fireworks and the atmosphere. 💜 Yay for another day of moving the body and exercising our brainpower.  🎆🧠

1.26.25 Great workout X2! I always enjoy the lunges,  straddles and across the top moves.

I was in Quebec City very briefly in Sept 2023 to catch a bus to the airport in Montreal. We didn't get to sightsee on that trip, but I plan to get back there eventually. The architecture is fabulous! ❤️🍁

1.25.25 I'm back for another round. I enjoyed watching the boaters and shoreside visitors. The combos were even better my second time around. The little pops or HIIT moves really ramp up the intensity and get the blood racing. 😀🩸🦘

1.24.25 Whew! This was great❣️ The perfect balance of challenge and length for me. 😜 Looks like a beautiful autumn setting. Sophie is so cute with her mini cameos. 🐩🎞️

Thanks Jenny!

1.23.25 Merci, Jenny! I had to come back while focused to get the full BC step experience and view of the grand legislative building. How nice to see all the families and tourists enjoying a lovely evening in such a beautiful setting where history is made. ☺️

1.22.25 I had to return and really pay attention this time while I'm not distracted. 😉 Lake Louise is gorgeous.❣️🍁 One of the most beautiful and serene lake settings I've seen. What a blessing it would be to see it in person. 😍🙏

The combos were great, the energy steady and the view was the cherry on top. 🍨🍒

1.21.25 The last step module of the Canada series 🙁, but it's a brand new day❣️ A year of hope and joy lies before us. 😃🙏 Thank you, Jenny, for another round of beautiful views and brisk routines to keep us stepping and walking into health. 💪🦵🚶‍♀️👟 Not to mention the petite history lessons and trivia throughout. 😁🍁

Looking forward to the release of Frank's set of step for kids. 😉🌭
