12.4.24 I've done this module at least 7 times and this time noticed a couple of your boys in the background. Each time there is a cutaway to your feet, there are 2 young Fords playing in the waves off to the right of the scene. 😍😉👏 It just reminds me again how much this is a family affair❣️

Have a blessed day steppers! 🙏💜

12.3.24 7th time through SAA❣️ Just random as I intersperse them between other varied modules. 😉

12.2.24 New month, new series (for me). 😍 Why am I feeling my triceps more than the legs?! 😅

11.28.24 Happy Thanksgiving! 🥧🦃

11.27.24 Aspen is beautiful year-round, apparently. Thanks again.👍👏

11.26.24 Yay for fun and pep!  Two days until Thanksgiving! 🍠🥔🦃🥧

11.24.24 Total body weight workout, DONE! Good change up from my usual cardio. 😉

11.23.24 Grand Tetons Coast to Coast🏔️🌄

Fun update. I love your butterfly photo behind your right shoulder. I'm excited for both the Canada series and the Step Your Way to Coast to Coast❣️

11.22.24 TGIF...time to "celebrate good times, come on!"🎺🎶
