10.22.24 I really enjoy the closer view of Big Ben. Too bad it was such a short portion of the module.

10.17.24 Corpus Christi II...great workout...almost mastered all the moves 😜

That drone was an interesting distraction. Tyler's or someone else? I thought the sneaker wave was going to soak your shoes. 🌊🟥👟

10.15.24 As a teen, "I left my heart, in (So.) San Francisco" 🧡🎵 😜 🌉 Today it's a good start to a great day working out with Jenny with a beautiful view❣️

Now it's not fit to visit with the homelessness and rampant drug addicts. 😥 💔 🙏

10.14.24 Whew! Another set of Step Across America 1-50 completed! 🗽 Not sequential, but random and none the less fun and challenging (when I ramp it up with jumps, hops, jogs, and weights).

Now let's get on with Monday fun-day 😁👏

10.12.24 Saturday...in the park...I think it was the 4th of July🎼  Think Chicago...no not the city, but the band! 😍 👯😄🍦

Happy Saturday! Do you have fall colors in your neighborhood, friends? Our valley is changing like a color wheel...it's so BEAUTIFUL 🍂🍁🍃🎃🌽🍎🍏🍇🌶️🍅

10.11.24 Stone Mt. is the place to be...Georgia livin' is the life for me...suburbs spreading out so far and wide...keep your cities, just give me that suburb life. 😜🎵 (Think Green Acres.) 😉

Thanks for another great day starting with a Walk Across America❗💙❕

10.10.24 I❤️ME...and my Auntie Melody who lives there. 😍💜

It's great to ramp up these workouts with ankle or wrist-weights or both!

10.9.24 Love watching your beautiful helpers smiling and "dancing" in the background. They know how to mix it up for variety. Thanks ladies!

10.8.24 Nebraska...Chimney Rock...great start to a beautiful Tuesday!

10.7.24 Monday, Monday....la la, la la la la 🎶 Phew! Done with ankle weights. 😜
