9.22.24 Beautiful to see the falls. Looks like it would be cold with the water spray from the falls and the wind combined. Fabulous view showing the shared venue of Ontario, Canada across the way. I'd love to see it from both sides. Did you?

Have a blessed Sunday🙏💖

9.20.24 Woohoo! Another day and module down. I love the nonchalance of Frank strolling through and when he returns a bit of a "sprint" with camera in hand. 😄 You can tell this is really a family affair. 👨‍👨‍👦 💞

9.19.24 Love all the hops, jogs and leaps...so good for maintaining bone density and getting a good cardio boost❣️🦴 I have a personal goal to add/increase these "extras" to prevent osteoporosis and keep the brain working at its peak performance. 🧠💝

The video stalled out on my PC at 15:55. (Not the countdown timer up in the corner.) I had to switch to my phone app to complete the module because the online site would not reload.

I still really enjoyed the workout❣️

Great day for step! I went back and finally watched the movie, I think I missed it during my college years. Seemed a little more than PG-13 to me 😮 The dance stuff was fun, but I could have skipped all the excess. I do like the rural setting. 😉 Step on!
