3.19.24 So fun and cardio stimulating! This time I had 11 Nessie sightings (2 more than my last "visit" - how does s/he do that? One was so close to the shore that a spectator/photographer must have captured it with his shots of the girl in the shallows of the water 😉
By the swaying plant life, it looks like it was quite breezy that day. The group of youth in the cutaway was fun. Known or unknown❔ What a great day you must have had ⛱️
3.8.24 I continue to really enjoy these sequences. The whistle music is fun and makes it feel like you're on a stroll rather than a heart-pumping cardio workout. 💓
Wow, simple...but difficult! The last set seemed more like a "banana" and not the one prior. Couldn't get more than my shoulders off the mat when reaching for the one extended leg. I had to grad the knee of the extended leg to increase the stretch and engage the abs more. Really good add on to any walk or step module❣️
3.5.24 Yipper-doodle!!! DONE...for the day 😜 Later there will be snow shoveling! I thought we were moving into spring...but no! Jack Frost and Snowy Breezes decided to show up. ❄️🌬️
