Wow, gorgeous location ❤️ The ducks must have been enjoying the wet weather haha 😄

I really love the cooldown music in this series by the way! 🎶

I actually did jogs and jump shots today 🥳 Normally I'm more inclined to stick to lower impact but I actually felt safe enough to pop it up today a bit, so thank you for another fabulously motivating workout ❤️

This has turned into my comfort workout ❤️ I just adore it, from the fun warm up combo to building the four sections and eventually weaving through them! I've definitely become more confident with these moves, although I still stick to most of the base moves because anything too criss-crossy, for lack of a better word 😄, still kind of does my brain in.

Still, maybe one day I'll be able to do all of the moves in this. For now, I just love doing it whatever moves I stick with.

Jenny Ford Thanks for the update, I'll look forward to that at a later date then 😊

What a beautiful location, such clear blue water ❤️

A little victory for myself, I did the last stretch on both sides without first using a wall to get my balance 🥳 My balance has definitely improved over time with step! Thank you ❤️

Hello, just wondering if 6 and 7 of Mexico step series should be here instead of jumping from 5 to 8? :)

So pretty! Vibrant pops of colour 😍 I've been looking forward to this series! The montage at the start was very nice to see too!

Just did this one again and it was a blast! 🥳 Definitely less clumsy on the moves this time!

I did a quick browse through the video the other day and initially thought it was too daunting seeing some of the moves but I decided to give it a try. It really shouldn't have come as a surprise to me but your cueing and building of the moves was wonderful as always and although I was a little clumsy with some I got most of the moves, at least the base ones, by the end. Now I'm looking forward to doing this one again because I'm sure it'll be even better the second time around ❤️ Thanks for helping give me the confidence to try new things even if it is just in step (for now at least, maybe it'll help me to be more open to trying new things in other areas of my life 😁 )

That was fun! Anything longer than 30 minutes at a time used to be too much for me but thanks to your summit and step America series I've built up my fitness to happily do 45-60 minutes 🥳 Thank you so much!

It was also nice to have enough endurance to not panic at the lack of a timer haha! Although I still do find those very helpful and motivating so I appreciate most of your newer workouts seem to use them 😊
