Thank you for a wonderful program :) I have definitely increased my fitness and confidence in doing some moves that I struggled with. A few still elude me but that's okay, maybe one day with more practice!

I even did some jogs in this one which I don't usually do, and they were a fun little heart rate increaser :)

It was lovely to see lots of different places in the US. I'm from Australia and sadly I can't see myself visiting anytime soon, although never say never I suppose. But I really appreciated getting to see some wonderful views and learn lots of facts about places that are very unfamiliar to me, so thank you! Nothing like extra engagement to keep you motivated to exercise :) I always thought I hated exercise. Turns out I just needed to find something fun and step is definitely that for me! I need the variety of moves and combinations to keep me coming back and I'm very thankful for your videos ❤️

This is without a doubt my all time FAVOURITE I've done of your workouts so far! I'm sure that will change again but wow! So many of my favourite moves and I personally LOVE night view workouts ❤️ Thank you so much for another fabulous workout! I'm super excited to be getting to the end of this series 🙌

I went on a little holiday which mean five days without step aerobics and I am thrilled to say I genuinely missed it! I have definitely made exercise enough of a habit that my body and brain miss it when I don't do it, so THANK YOU ❤️ I can't imagine having got this far, which for me personally is a huge achievement because I've never been that into exercise especially at times in my life I was struggling with my mental health so to have found you is an immense blessing to me.

Funnily enough, I found the I step much easier than the step before it, like 6 up 6 down or something. That did my head in and my feet weren't getting it but I picked up I step quickly haha 😂 Different for everyone I guess!

I think the repeater move in the last section might be the first time since I started this series that my brain got stumped for awhile haha :) Fun once I got it though!
