easy & relaxing poses and very effective breathing ❤️‍🩹 thank you for helping me lower my stomach acid with it today, after training session of day six it helped me out

This was a rounded one for me. I would recommend to use more weight if you would like to build up muscles. Because the sequences are not long and it won´t exhaust to try a bit more.👍

Soo, that´s what they call near-death experience? Seriously, you suddenly punched in one new move after another that I really got out of breath. Had to pause and rewind several times, just like at my first workout attempts 🤭

This is really big time!

When you started the shuffle side step it made so much fun joining that I had to laugh.

Very good switch!

Lisa Barbee Sorry to hear that, Lisa. That sounds like a case for a physiotherapist, in my opinion. I had a good one for compensating my foot deformity, which caused lower back pain, too.

I hope you can find relief, soon 🍀

Hi Lisa, may I ask if you take magnesium in the evening for restoring on training days? Minerals get sweat out and you can rarely overdose them.

Or do your feet sometimes cramp, too?

Maybe it helps to loosen it by warming it up in small circle movements. My venes sometimes get stuck at the knee or foot and this helps. But asking a physisist could help, also

Is the bench barre available in EU now, too?
