This was a rounded one for me. I would recommend to use more weight if you would like to build up muscles. Because the sequences are not long and it won´t exhaust to try a bit more.👍

easy & relaxing poses and very effective breathing ❤️🩹 thank you for helping me lower my stomach acid with it today, after training session of day six it helped me out
