I know that it sounds awkward, but I am trying to relief my grief for the personality I lost and the one that I could have developed, if depression would not have caught me in the first years of life. Because during that time until today there were some really important, precious humans which I was hardly able to bond with before they died. So I do not think that they really knew, how much they meant to me. Maybe these session can help to let loose.
