Hi Jenny, when will this video be available for download? I cannot play it on my tv without the laptop, because the apps do not work on it. But I will have to give my laptop away soon and then I cannot play this or other videos, which are not for downloading.

In my opinion Ford Fitness shall be acknowledged as a new kind of diplomacy. Just take a look, how many humans around the world are get connected by what you are doing. I don´t know you personally, Leah, but I feel bonded to you and it makes me happy, that we can experience this together, just because of this opportunity - our choice to follow Jenny. This is a whole new level of people connecting for similar goals, just because one lovely, strong family does not give in :) Happy Eastern to you!

Hi there, totally agree with the community - it´s smooth and relaxing. Very good for beginners. Slowing down is one of my problems, too. I often fear to dive directly into depressive episode, because that was always the time where I did not do anything. Slowing down and staying there is not the result of Yoga, so I am still learning to work against the fear ;)
