Affirmative- this one is amazing. Attended it two days ago and now I feel much more of my lower back than I thought there is^^
This is in a good tempo, but I swapped the last breast pushes with sit-ups, using a 5 pound dumbbell weight, because my forefront is trained enough. Could you please check the first 2 minutes of the video? At one point it gets interrupted and does not work alright, so I skipped forward for the warmup.

Thank you Jenny. This is a quick tempered, but challenging and effective full body workout. Of course of its length and focus on the muscles, cardio fans shall do a short step or marching exercise, beforehand. -Because your muscles will decline any kind of other training afterwards, and they will deserve that;)
Short and effective- I like it ;) Besides that, the scenery reminds me of the mountainside in Austria. Spent around 5 summer holiday seasons in a youth camp at the age from 9 until 16 there. Really miss the nearly everyday hiking trips we made through these 3 weeks. Hopefully, I can return there one day and make a hiking trip with my family/partner ;) Are you a bit into hiking, Jenny?
Well, in my opinion this is more between basic and intermediate level. You go straight and quick through the step combos and there are no meaningful breaks. All-in-all the duration and content are very good and balanced. I would love to have more of this, maybe with some more use of the bench length at the step sections :)
