Hi Jenny, nice idea seperating the workout into 5 videos. ´Unfortunately´, I recognized them, when they were all uploaded and wanted to test the first one, only. That intend did not work out^^. Every single one made me neary to look into the next and so I did them all in a row at one afternoon ;)
and, before I forget about it again - The colour of this shirt is very beautiful to me.
Affirmative- this one is amazing. Attended it two days ago and now I feel much more of my lower back than I thought there is^^
This is in a good tempo, but I swapped the last breast pushes with sit-ups, using a 5 pound dumbbell weight, because my forefront is trained enough. Could you please check the first 2 minutes of the video? At one point it gets interrupted and does not work alright, so I skipped forward for the warmup.

Yes, what a bummer!
Thank you Jenny. This is a quick tempered, but challenging and effective full body workout. Of course of its length and focus on the muscles, cardio fans shall do a short step or marching exercise, beforehand. -Because your muscles will decline any kind of other training afterwards, and they will deserve that;)
