I think this is a fantastic idea of getting people safely introduced to stepping.

I am loving this mini to mighty weight series. Great for a quick work out or even better, to introduce a person who is new to using dumbbells into their workout. I incorporated dumbbell weights a lot into my fitness routine for decades before covid but cancelled my gym membership at covid and created a home gym instead with Arena fitness bands, dumbbells from 2 lb - 15 lb, door achors, treadmill and step⦠and of course my fitness apps. I havenāt been using dumbbells as much as I used to but I like how i can use them with this series. Jenny provides a very safe introduction and anyone who is nervous about trying this series should feel encouraged that it is a great way to introduce dumbbells into your fitness routine. The addition of 1 minute per day is an ideal way to progress. Thanks Jenny!
