Jenny F. Can’t wait!

Did you say a barre workout? Are there barre workouts on the app that I missed 😎. And cool location !

💪

The Berkshires are really pretty, there’s Dr Seuss sculptures in Springfield, cool houses and neighborhoods in Salem, beaches at Cape Cod. Isabella Stewart gardner museum in Boston. I’m not sure about filming rules though. Have fun wherever you end up 😊

Did today’s beginner step workout. Loved that pace!

I do the days out of order usually because some days I have an hour and some I have 30 mins. Did Everest today. So sweaty. Loved it 💪

Is there a calendar schedule every month or only because there was a challenge this month ?

I missed Day 1 because I was traveling, but just finished day 2. I love not having to scroll around every day to decide which workout to do. This calendar makes it so easy 😊

Day 3 done ✅ haven’t done weights since the spring so this was a great intro back into them. Made me sweat for sure !
