Day 28 is a RestorativeYoga session that is gentle and helps us to slow down and breathe and stretch. This is our chance to have an active rest day. If you’d like to take a full rest day, listen to your body and do what’s best.
Feel free to adjust this day, move it to a day that makes sense for your schedule. Typically we try to have one rest day per week. Check-in when you get it done, and let us know what you’re doing today. ❤️
Day 27 is a great walking workout in Winnipeg, Manitoba, just outside the Human Rights Museum. Enjoy those happy endorphins and let us know when you get it done. ✅
