Day 3 is a strength training session. Start with warm-up then move through two sections of upper body strength with some focus on core work. End with an easy cool down and stretch. Let us know when you get it done. Great work on the challenge so far everyone! 🙌

January 2025 Fitness Challenge

Welcome amazing Freedom Fit friends to our first 31 Day Fitness Challenge in the new year. We're starting off this new year right! You'll notice for each of our cardio days, we'll be doing our latest Step and Walk Across Canada Program. Join us for this amazing journey across each province in Canada.

Keep yourself accountable by checking in daily. This is a great place to connect with others who are also taking on this challenge. Commit today to protect your beautiful heart, reduce stress in the New Year, and just feel overall better. Look forward to reading your daily check-in's.

Day 30 is a strength training day for the upper and lower body. Warm-up first then move on to the upper and lower body where we’ll target the total body. Finish with a cool down and stretch. Check in when you get it done. ✅

Day 29 is a cardio workout we filmed in a Hawaii. It’s a fun 40 minute session with 4 fun combos. Two of the combos are more choreographed and two are a little more athletic. Let us know when you get it done ✅
