Day 9 is a Total Body Weight workout that can be done in a little over 30 minutes. Work both the upper and lowe body. Let us know when you get it done ✅
Day 8 is a Walking Workout in North Carolina from our Walk Across America Prigram. It was a night shoot, and a very interesting experience to film there. Let us know when you get it done ✅
Day 7 is a Reatorative Yoga session in Hawaii. On these days, it’s considered an Active Rest day. One day a week we take a “rest day” and have the option to do Restorative Yoga. If you’d like to shift the “rest day” to a different day each week, to fit your schedule, that works as well. Check-in and let us know when you complete this day.
Day 6 is a strength training day for the lower body. Warm-up first then move on to two more segments targeting the lower body. Finish with a cool down and stretch. Check in when you get it done. ✅
Day 5 is a step session from our Seven Summit Step Challenge, number 54 of 65, stepping virtually up Mt. Everest. Let us know when you get it done. ✅
