For Day 18 we’ll be doing a walking workout from our Footloose series. It’ll be great to hear what you think, and check in when you get a moment.
Day 17 is a yoga session where we’ll go through poses to stretch and strengthen every part of the body, as well as including breath work with a focus on gratitude. Be sure to modify the poses where needed. Go at a comfortable pace for your body. Let us know when you’ve completed this session.
Day 16 is a Step & Weights workout. It is a bit longer, with a run time of 54 min. Work through 3 step combos with weight lifting segments in between combos. We’ll target the upper body, lower body, and the core. Make the moves work for your body, and check-in when you have a moment. Will look forward to hearing how it goes.
Day 15! We’ve made it to the 1/2 way point of our September 30 Day Fitness Challenge. Congrats everyone! Today is a step workout. Keep those check-ins coming! ❤️
Day 14 is a 28 min Restorative Yoga Session. Take a little time for you, to breathe deep, check in with your body, and listen to your inner self. Use an optional cushion or pillow and a blanket to finish. Let us know what you think.

Day 10 is cardio with a step workout in Idaho, part of the Step Across America Program. It’s a fun one! Great work everyone!
The other 3 exercisers in this workout had never done step before. They were all dance majors at the University close by and we hired them to film the step and walk workouts with us. They did a great job! ❤️ Not bad for first timers. 😀
Day 9 is a Total Body Weight Workoit from our 1984 Footloose ‘Moving with Movies’ Program. We’ll warm-up and work both the upper and lower body followed by a cool-down and stretch.
