Day 21 has the option of 2 restorative yoga sessions or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover, but gentle stretching and connective breathing can enhance a rest day. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
Day 20 is a cardio day where we’ll walk in Colorado from our Walk Across America Program. Keep moves low impact or kick it up with optional power bursts. Let us know when you get it done. ✅
Day 19 challenge yourself with our Total Body Strong Super Sets workout! By pairing exercises for different muscle groups back-to-back, we'll efficiently target your entire body in less time. This is the same routine I use for my personal training, now available for you to experience. On days you have a little more time to devote, this is a great choice for training the whole body in one session. Would love to know what you think!

Day 17 is a yoga session from our How to do Yoga series, number 2 of 3. We’ll go through poses to stretch and strengthen every part of the body, as well as including breath work. Be sure to modify the poses where needed. Go at a comfortable pace for your body. Let us know when you’ve completed this session.
Day 16 is from our Walk & Weights Program. Keep moves low impact for our 2 cardio sections or kick up the energy for the optional cardio pushes. Enjoy a lower body weight section in between. Let us know when you get ot done ✅
