Have you thought about doing a somatic yoga series?
Have you all ever considered doing a Walk/Step Across Canada series? We’ve got 13 provinces + territories, beautiful scenery, and lots of enthusiasm! 🇨🇦 💖
I’m happily working my way through the summit challenge and loving that Sophie keeps coming to join in. My dog Oreo is doing the same!😂
Jenny Ford has been doing a few local TV segments, it’s kind of old school but doing something live is kind of special. Are there any topics you guys would like to see her cover?
I never thought I'd do step aerobics but started the Step Across America series on a whim. I LOVE it. Addicted. I am curious to know how many calories, roughly, those workouts burn? I am not a calorie counter and that is not my main motive, but I am just curious to get a general sense of that. Thank you!
Hi, I found Jenny on You tube and started adding the workouts into my week alongside another platform. Now I have signed up and they are my weekend go to! I always feel so encouraged to keep going. I am 10 workouts into the 7 summit challenge and loving it. Thank you ☺️
I used to follow Jenny on YouTube, then on Amazon and I loved the workouts until I injured my foot in June 2020. I couldn't get adequate medical care because of all the disasters of 2020 and I limped around for a long time. Finally this year, I am able to workout again and I cannot tell you just how helpful it was to use the mini to mighty walk series and the step series to get my 62 year old body moving again. Those series are a brilliant move on your part, Jenny and Tyler. When I decided it was time to get moving again, I tried one of the regular 30 minute workouts I used to do and just couldn't hack it. I was thrilled to find the mini to mighty series. Even my husband, who has NEVER exercised, decided to join me on my quest to get moving again and the mini to mighty series, both walk and step, helped him learn how to workout and learn how to do step. We are now working our way through the Step Across America series and finished Connecticut today. It's so great to be back stepping with Jenny again and even more so since my hubby has joined me. We are both looking forward to beginning the mini to mighty weights series, too. 😀
