These are great sessions in this latest M2M programme. Never thought I'd ever do strength training, but as you get older become aware of the benefits to whole body and health. When I started the other programmes kept to weights of 0.5, 1 and 1.5 kg. The M2M programme has given me confidence to very slowly increase the weights and now easily managing 2, 3 and 4 kg weights for my light medium and heavy options. Now these sessionss are a bit longer great to see set alternatively each day as upper and lower body routines - and incorporating the step bench too, if you have one. Still also doing a step sessions as well for the cardio Thanks for the variety of different options of exercise and new rotines to choose from. So glad I found you 18 months ago ❤️

Highly recommend the M2M weights programme posted so far. As you say, so important as we age to build strength. Thanks for the update, love the innovations to presenting the programmes in different settings and themes
Good sweaty workout. Love watching Sophie, she was so adorable and mischievous in this session, really helps make the workout go even quicker watching her seeking attention. Great that Jenny does not get distracted by her feisty pooch 🦮

I did wonder if it was due to changing subscription last month from monthly to annual, but if others having same problem maybe not 😔

Video won't play, message not available with current subscription plan. Previous ones play fine.

The mini to mighty step programme is a good way to restart step.  If too easy, combine a few days together to build up time. 1-6 is about 21 minutes.  Step hero is also a great place to restart and refresh with moves and gradual intensity.  I would the recommend the step across America, the UK & Ireland

No probs.  I'm doing the mini to mighty weights programme at the moment, so if I spot the full step section loaded I'll let you know.  I've done the m2m step loaded so far and it's good, part of it with Jenny's sons
