If you go into the browse tab, it's in the mini to mighty section, about 6 sections down from the top. This includes mini to mighty walk, step and now weights πŸ˜€
Sophie is absolutely adorable. She obviously lovyou and is loved back. Her wagging tail, downwards dog and relaxing with you complete with a tail wag has made my day. The workout passed so quickly with keeping an eye on her. Great to see too your joyous reaction to your son Orson coming to the set. How is he doing in the Air Force? Loving these sessions πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€
Great set of introductory workouts for weights. Challenging myself with this programme to use a set heavier than my "normal" light, medium and heavy weights to push harder with the strength building programme. As it's still in the mini phase, managing this, just. Sense of accomishment in getting through these first sessions.

Thank you so much for these workouts Jenny, really enjoyed them and length got slightly increased to 35-40 mins which was a good challenge. The UK and Ireland has amazing scenery it just can rain a bit in Summer as you discovered at me of the locations. Look forward to your future upcoming workouts - did you mention Mexco?

If you do have a step, recommend start with step hero programme, or mini to mighty

The sound problem must be fixed now, I could hear Jenny clearly throughout this session
