Kim de Bruijn Good idea, Kim, to finish a very busy day with a yoga exercise. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜Š

Wow, this step workout is very challenging and sweaty, because I found it very quick, a bit like HIIT, but I did it. I chose it by chance two days ago, so I was already used to the newer moves a bit. This helped me to hold the speed! πŸ€— I wish you had a wonderful birthday Jenny, lots of luck, health and happiness! πŸ€πŸ€πŸ€πŸ€πŸ€

Hi Jill, nice to hear from you again. 😊 In case I 'm not in the mood for yoga, I do the same as you do, I choose another type of exercise and, when I feel fit enough I combine this with a short "running session" on my treadmill. ( maximum speed only 6, 5 km/h , which means: nothing too speedy, as I have to take care of my knees) πŸ˜‰

Wow, that was awesome. The mambo cha cha directly out of an l-step move was new for me, but good fun and easy to learn. Thanks a lot , Jenny, for this great variety of different workouts and levels. πŸ€—πŸ«Ά

Hi Kim, nice to hear from you! I'm using 1kg dumbbells as standard, and sometimes I add some 0.5 kg dumbbells to go a little heavier. Furthermore I have 2 kg dumbbells too, as the heaviest at the moment. For some exercises (around the body and overhead) I use a 2 kg kettlebell. I decide what to use according to my daily fitness level!

Have a nice evening! πŸ‘‹πŸΌπŸ€—
