Done for the last day of September challenge 2024. πŸ™‚πŸ™ƒ Yay!

In October I'll do more individual workouts, as I can't do the complete challenge, if there is one, for two reasons: At the beginning of October I'm on a short holiday trip for one week, we'll do longer hiking tours and cycling tours and, maybe, after these, I'll be too tired to exercise afterwards. (from time to time) After the holiday I'm getting two moles removed. Nothing critical, but , for the recovery, it's forbidden to do any sweaty sports activities for about one week.

So, during this time I have to look for alternatives such as restorative yoga, long(er) walks in the woods, etc. After this I think it would be a good idea to do the way up the mountain stepping exercises, maybe we can do some together then. πŸ™‚πŸ™ƒ

Yes, I've got two stepping benches, one is the first I've bought in the beginning, it's very narrow and all in all a bit smaller. I wouldn't recommend this one. The other one is broader and langer, and therefore more comfortable. I'll try to upload some pictures,but I don't know, how this functions here on this platform. πŸ€”

Kim de Bruijn Hello KimπŸ‘‹, only one day to go and we can look back at one month of ambitious fitness work and a lot of fun going along with it. Our body will definitely say "thank you" for our continuity! πŸ’«πŸ’ͺ

Done as late as could be today: At 11 p.m. After a long hiking tour I fell asleep on the sofa first to realize afterwards that I didn' t exercise today so far. So I said to myself " Hey, hurry up!" ....and I was sooo happy that it was that relaxing and calming workout on the beach. πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ» Come on, everybody, only 2 days to go!

Lisa Sheppard Yes, I know what you mean, I also had to pay attention where to go when we had to make the small moves to the left, straightforward and to the right. I also had to take care that I didn't run against our living room door, πŸ₯΄ as I did the workout in this room today. :)
