In October I'll do more individual workouts, as I can't do the complete challenge, if there is one, for two reasons: At the beginning of October I'm on a short holiday trip for one week, we'll do longer hiking tours and cycling tours and, maybe, after these, I'll be too tired to exercise afterwards. (from time to time) After the holiday I'm getting two moles removed. Nothing critical, but , for the recovery, it's forbidden to do any sweaty sports activities for about one week.
So, during this time I have to look for alternatives such as restorative yoga, long(er) walks in the woods, etc. After this I think it would be a good idea to do the way up the mountain stepping exercises, maybe we can do some together then. ππ
Yes, I've got two stepping benches, one is the first I've bought in the beginning, it's very narrow and all in all a bit smaller. I wouldn't recommend this one. The other one is broader and langer, and therefore more comfortable. I'll try to upload some pictures,but I don't know, how this functions here on this platform. π€
