Done: Day 29 : Fitness challenge September 2024

Done as late as could be today: At 11 p.m. After a long hiking tour I fell asleep on the sofa first to realize afterwards that I didn' t exercise today so far. So I said to myself " Hey, hurry up!" ....and I was sooo happy that it was that relaxing and calming workout on the beach. 😁👍🏻 Come on, everybody, only 2 days to go!

Lisa Sheppard Yes, I know what you mean, I also had to pay attention where to go when we had to make the small moves to the left, straightforward and to the right. I also had to take care that I didn't run against our living room door, 🥴 as I did the workout in this room today. :)
