Today I didn't have to workout from myself and so I didn't. But just now I remember I entered this challenge. All day I was busy with something else and I completely forgot. It's after 8 PM over here so I am not going to exercise anymore. I just trade day 2 with a yoga session. I'm ok with that because working out with Jenny is very much a part of my life by now. 🙏💯

Hi Jill O, for me it's the same. So I am either going to have a rest day or substitute it with a more active workout (I am doing the mini to mighty step program combined with the weight program). Besides, once a week I have a somatic class of 1,5 hour which is enough for me right now. 

Very awesome you almost complete the summit challenge 💯.  I'm working my way up to doing that challenge as well.

After the October challenged I continued with the 'Mini to mighty step program' (I'm in training 😃 to eventually climb up all the mountains Jenny has programs about). I'm at day 17 and am combining it with the 'Mini to mighty weight program' so I can play with my new weights. With that I am at day 5 and I mostly use my 1 kg weights (or the 0,5 kg when needed).

How about you? How is it going?

Yeah, my new weights are finally here. So today I started with this in combination with the step program (I am at day 15). 

Yeah, back in action.💯 After the September challenge I took a little break followed by me pulling my back out 😧 due to heavy lifting groceries. My lower back is still sensible but at least I don't walk anymore like I digressed in evolution. 🐵

Hi fitness friends,

Unlike the September challenge, which I completed successfully, this month I go rogue. 😎 I will be hopping through the October challenge and other programs Jenny is offering and will pick and choose what workout/program I want to do, of course frequently and maybe even on a daily basis (or 5/6 days a week or something).
