In the States it's probably very early or still in the middle of the night. Over here in the Netherlands it's a little over 11 AM and I just did day 1! ✨✨✨ I wanted to respond in the Workout Challenge channel but I can't leave a comment over there. Is that going to change or did I miss something?

Later today my family comes to visit, it was my birthday last Friday, so I thought to do it now so I don't have to workout in the late afternoon after my family leaves and when it's probably really warm outside (and inside) because I find such weather more challenging when working out.

I do have two questions. How does Jenny think about working out on an empty stomach (like I just did now)? And how long is it best to wait after eating before working out?

I normally wait at least one hour after eating before working out but sometimes, especially when I (spontaneous) want to work out in the morning, I tend to workout before I eat my breakfast.

When I saw this, I had to do it! I enjoyed it. Going to do the other Footlose workouts as well. You're really rocking that look! And the fanny bag, awesome! 💯

Yes I did. Thanks! I made a playlist of the mini to mighty step program for easy reference although I took a little break from it to walk through the UK and Ireland. ;)

Jill O Thank you for letting me know.

PS. Do NOT skip on the cool down. Jenny has a fun perspective on that, see calls it a reward for all the work our beautiful bodies have done (source for this quote/paraphrase: "Cool Down and Stretch Mini to Mighty 30 Day Program with Jenny Ford'). I really like this perspective and helps me a lot.

Here I wrote what I did and the progress I have made so far. Maybe it helps you. What I forget to mention in that topic, my balance is also improved:

Karen Boruff Hi Karen, so how did it go? What did your body told you? Was it doable, fun, to much, ... ?

To answer your question, for me: yes that's what I did. When I started I wasn't sure I could make it to 30 minutes (turns out, I could, YES!). I hadn't moved in years. Also for me it was more important to move, even if it was just a couple of minutes a day. I slowly and steadily build my endurance and at the same time learned to develop a mindset that wants to move. I also didn't want to overdo it. I did that in the past. I got enthusiastic, did to much and to fast in a too short of period with the result of sore muscles and losing my motivation to keep going. We're walking a marathon, right, not a sprint (I use this as a metaphor, I have no plans to run a marathon). I'm not moving as part of some diet where I want short term results and then stop, I want to move as lifestyle.  So, I take my time. You will get there soon enough: "The walk across ... "series. I did.

Hope this helps. Take care.

Jill O Thanks you very much. That's OK, now that I know where to look I'm sure I will find it. It's going to be a while anyway before I get to the end of that program. The mini to mighty programs are so helpful. They help in getting you started and are a great stepping stone to the other programs. I didn't know Jenny's sons where here somewhere also. I'm sure I will come across them eventually. Have a great workout and day.

Thank you, I appreciate it. I think I remembered it wrong. I saw the mini to might series a couple of weeks ago: step and walking (I did the walking version already). I thought I had seen the whole step 30 days already available but based on your response, it makes more sense I confused it with the walking version which is completely up.

Thank you. I just couldn't find it anymore. I could a couple of weeks ago but not this time so I thought I'm either overlooking it or it has been taken offline. I'm glad it's still there (only I do wish it had it's own playlist). It doesn't continue after day 22. Do you know if 23-30 are posted? (in case I overlook it again).
