I like Kashmir and the Immigrant Song. Their are plenty of rock bands with good music: Van Halen (Eddie was Dutch as am I 😎), Whitesnake, Bon Jovi, etc.

When I heard that guitar in the Footloose workout it gave me a boost which I really enjoyed. Maybe I should try it myself to see how I like it and if it works. 😊

Day 18 done. ✨✨✨

I love Footloose, the original one of course with Kevin Bacon. The only thing that would top a workout inspired by Footloose, is working out on the music of Footloose but then you probably have to deal with music licenses. Jenny, you can always go into fashion, groovy outfit. 😍

At one point I thought I heard some guitar in the music which I really liked, it gave me a (mental) boost. Maybe have a workout on Van Halen, Zeppelin or something like that. 😎

I start to work out with Jenny since the beginning of the year and although I had some periods that I didn't workout or less, I always came back to it for long periods of time. 

And it keeps rewarding me for it. 💯 With today's workout I noticed my heartbeat is getting used to this type of walking workout. It still goes a bit faster but not that much anymore. Not like it is when I do a step workout, that is really pushing my boundaries (but still able to complete full sentences). So yeah me!!! 💜🧡💚

I was not that happy with you Jenny when you said you where going a bit over time 😉 but seeing that adorable dog getting some steps and stretches in as well was worth it! 💗

Same here, with the loop. Near the end it starts, then it stops, then it starts again. I used it as part of the relaxing exercise so it didn't bother me (edit: and it sounds like it didn't bother you as well 🙏).

I liked this one. Only I noticed I need to make sure I am more comfortable when I start a session like this. My feet and hands were cold when I started and stayed cold throughout. I have options to do something about that before I started the session which I didn't. Also my floor isn't that warm which is getting more uncomfortable now it's getting chilly outside. I should have put my puzzle pieces sport floor down first.
