Jill O awesome. Plenty of teachers, as Jenny, offer different options for several exercises and will mention the use of blocks. This will help you figuring out how/when to use them. Also, when Googling about how to use blocks with yoga, you got some search results and pictures about how to use them. 

Lisa Mounts in the app you navigate to 'Community' -> 'Channels' -> 'Workout-challenges'. There is a pinned message from Jenny with a link to the September Challenge Calendar. In the calendar every day has links to the workouts for that day. I hope this helps you find them.

Day 11 done. ✨✨✨

The day before yesterday I went to bed far too late and that effects still ripples on today so I had a bit trouble to get myself going but I am glad I did. 

I find it challenging to not go over my toe with my knee when doing any kind of lunge like exercise. I have to find my form. I think it's a balance between putting my weight on my front heel and using the back side of my body, maybe even bending the back leg more and keeping my upper body more straight. At least that's what I am going with and experimenting with. So I go a bit slower with those exercises, to be more mindful and to find my form.

The lowering the hips exercise, I let that one go for now. Cause I felt that in my lower back and was not able (YET) to do that exercise without straining my lower back. 

One exercise (sitting on the legs and bending the upper body behind) reminded me of the '7 Tibetan Rites'. Have you heard of it Jenny Ford
