Well deserved soreness! You worked for it! Good luck. I hope you feel better soon. 🙏 Maybe someone has some tips to help you recover.

Hi Jill, I most likely will do the same. I was thinking going from 1 to 2 kg probably would be a to much so an in between size of 1,5 kg would be the way to go. It's good to have something to work to, right (the 5 kg or, in my case, the 2 kg). 💪 Thanks for your response.

Thank you Tamara. That is helpful. Slow and steady, right. 😊

Thanks Susanne Duscha. You too! 💯

Hi everyone,

I was wondering about the weights everybody is using, especially beginners. How much kg (or lbs I think the other measurement is) and which material. Do you have different weights (light, medium and heavy)? And what about colour (I sure know what is important 😉)? Some have pretty colours, I like colour. But I also like how Jenny's set looks. The same look, which is nice and calm.

Day 10  done. ✨✨✨

I liked the final combo (and location) as well.  I was surprised that I was able to do it and keep it up because I was getting tired (but still able to complete full sentences).

Yeaaaah, Flashdance!

Day 8 done. ✨✨✨

During and at the end of the the session I was still able to complete full sentences. Like the one: "Please give me the cool-down!"😉. Because this was a challenge. And I did it anyway!!!

Now my reward: waldkorn bread with fresh avocado and a nice cup of chamomile tea while I sit on my butt for a while. 😊

That's great Susanne Duscha, I feel the same. Thanks for sharing. 🙏
