Jenny F. The older I get, the harder it is to choose because I just keep adding to the “catalog.” 🤣

So many things…Grateful for my health, for my community where neighbors look out for each other, grateful to live in a place where my son is safe and can get the healthcare that he deserves, grateful for my family and my work, and really truly grateful to have found these workouts that are authentically centered on physical and emotional health and wellness.

I could not possibly choose one song. There are just way too many fabulous choices. But your husband is such a good sport. 😂

Ditto to every single thing Hayley said. Walking outdoors is one of my favorite things to do to take care of my mental and physical health. If I am particularly stressed out, I make it a point to pet as many of the neighborhood dogs as possible along the way. And yes, even in the winter. I also prioritize sleep and eating well, plus some deep breathing and occasional meditation.

That Zombie step workout is a challenge in and of itself!! 😂🧟‍♀️

I would love that! Blast from my past. 🙂

OK, I’m a day late to this but yesterday I did one of your old walking cardio workouts. Just you in a studio with two other people. It’s one of my favorites, and I go back to it a lot. It got my heart rate up and also my mood. 🥰

I exercise for my physical and mental health. I had my only child later in life, and I want to live a long, healthy, vibrant life as long as I can to be around for my son.

I am rehabbing an injured shoulder, so doing PT exercises and a modification of my usual lifting routine. It can be hard not to throw in the towel, but it’s so important to keep moving!
