Day 3 done! I've done step and walking workouts with you, but I'd never done weights with you until this morning. I definitely felt well worked out when I was done!

HIIT is my absolute favorite kind of workout, so even though I'm not intermediate level yet, I've been doing the Coast to Coast HIIT ones. Any time my feet have to cross in front of the bench, for some reason my feet and brain don't talk to each other, but this one wasn't so complex that I couldn't mostly get it. I'll put it on my list of ones to repeat for sure.

One thing that's helped me is I finally purchased a bigger (more expensive) "health club" sized step bench, which is wider and deeper than the old cheap one I was using. It also feels more stable. With my new bench, I'm able to actually do some of the jumping moves on top, like tick-tocks and jumping jacks.

I'll admit, I've avoided the Coast-to-Coast workouts, because I'm not great with "intermediate." But I do love the HIIT ones. This one was perfect, and I added it to my favorites to definitely do again. The only difficulty I had was the jumping jacks on top of the bench. My bench and my feet just don't seem stable enough for that, so I just did jumping jacks on the ground. I think I need a wider, flatter bench rather than the cheap one I'm using.

Ooh, this is one of my favorites! Those squats - wow! And the Mashed Potato was so fun! I'll definitely do this one again.

I did this one today, and it was a lot of fun. And even though it was a challenging one for me (any workout that you have to cross to the front of the bench challenges my two left feet), I managed to get through it. HOWEVER! When you say to "watch the bench," you're not joking. That box step thing in front of the bench - somehow my feet got tangled and down I went! No injuries, but if anyone had been watching, it would have been embarrassing. Thank goodness no one was watching, so I dusted myself off and carried on.

I've done all the Step Across America, all the Step Across Canada, and most of the Step Across the UK. I wasn't sure what was next. I was afraid of these for some reason - I think the word "challenge" and "summit" in the title threw me off. I did the first one of these today, and I really liked it! Who knew basics could be so challenging? Since I only do step about three times per week (the other days, I do the "Walk Across ..." workouts or different walking workouts), these 65 should last me a good long while. Thanks!

I've gone through the whole Step Across America and most of Step Across Canada, so I'm doing some of these. This is a good one! Definitely fun and sweaty, and even though my feet get fumbly at some of the complex moves, I didn't fumble too much with this one.

Great workout, thanks! I love interspersing the walking workouts with the step workouts. On days I do weights, I do a walking workout, and other days, I do a step, and that's a great method for me. I've done other walking workouts, but yours are some of the best. I love the variety you put into the simple steps, and I love the power pushes.

This is a good one! Any time a move calls for "hopping over," my feet get all discombobulated, but I think I am getting a little better at it. This is one I'll have to repeat to get it down, though, and that's a good thing!

I loved this one! I'm doing them in order, and it's my favorite so far. I especially like the little toning breaks. Squats are not my favorite, but they are necessary, and they work! This was the perfect complement to the dumbbell workout I did just before this one.
