Peggy’s Cove in Nova Scotia was a little piece of heaven on earth. Beautiful weather and beautiful spot to film Step & Walk Across Canada 🇨🇦 as well as a kids step workout. Thanks for the suggestion to film here! ❤️ It will be such a wonderful addition to the program. Have any of you been here?

Thanks Jill O it was a great spot at a place called Signal Hill. So much history! The first wireless transatlantic was received at this spot. We’re learning so much! ❤️

Feeling the ❤️ love ❤️ as we filmed at Signal Hill in Newfoundland yesterday. Such a beautiful spot! Can’t wait for everyone to try these!

We’re wrapping up Newfoundland today, and flying to Winnipeg, Manitoba tomorrow. If any of you are near Winnipeg, we’d love to meet up in between filming. It’s always such a joy to meet you in person when we can all make it work! ❤️
