The May 31-Day Fitness Challenge Starts May 1st!

Ready to shake things up and feel amazing this May?

This month’s challenge is all about joyful movement, consistency, and feeling good in your body. We’ve designed a balanced 31-day program that mixes energizing cardio, strength building, and restorative movement — all while keeping it fun and sustainable. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, this challenge meets you where you are.

Here’s what to expect each week:

Cardio Days — Fun, upbeat walking, step, and dance-style workouts that boost your heart rate, improve endurance, and leave you smiling.

Strength Days — Effective, feel-strong sessions focused on building muscle, tone, and functional strength using bodyweight and light weights.

Yoga Flow Days — Beautiful yoga and mobility flows designed to increase flexibility, release tension, and help you move better in daily life.

Recovery & Reset Days — Gentle, restorative movement or full rest days to help you recover, reduce stress, and prevent burnout.

You’ll have the full support of the Freedom.Fit community every single day. Share your progress, celebrate small wins, and stay motivated together in our supportive group chat.

This May challenge is about more than just workouts — it’s about building habits that make you feel stronger, happier, and more energized in your everyday life.

How to Join the May Challenge:

1 Open the Freedom.Fit app

2 Go to the Community tab

3 Tap into the Workout Challenges channel

4 Find the May 30-Day Fitness Challenge and hit Join

Hey everyone! 👟✨

We just gave our home studio a fresh update and we’re SO excited to start creating new workouts in it!

What types of workouts or full programs would you love to see us create next?

Be as specific as possible — I really want to make content you’ll be excited about! 💪

We’ll of course keep filming beautiful Step & Walk Across the World (just got back from an amazing trip filming in 10 new locations across Germany 🇩🇪 and Austria 🇦🇹), but we’re also ready to film a bunch of fresh studio workouts, (including Barre 👯‍♀️).

Our newest Coast to Coast step workout is up and ready here at Freedom.Fit 🦋 Our CTC series are for those enjoy more intermediate to advanced step workouts that begin with base moves and progress to more advanced. Here’s a little behind the scenes for this workout.

One of our fitness friends, Delania C. said: “To think I didn't feel like working out today. This was excellent! I loved every combo. Thank you again for what you do.”

This workout has 3 fun combos and we’ll end with a weave putting them all together back to back for a glorious finale! 🎉 Run time on this one is 50 min of stepping joy! ❤️ Would love to know what you think of this one.
