A few updates about our Bench Barre product. We wanted to show everyone our latest version. We took this one on our trip all across Germany 🇩🇪 and gave it a really good test with 10 new step workouts in 10 fabulous new locations. We also began filming our Barre Program, which we’re super excited about!

Out of all the prototypes we’ve made over the years, this one is by far my favorite. It’s so cushy on the joints and makes stepping a dream! It also is amazing to lay on for core work and stretching. 

We’ll continue to update everyone on progress, and when it’s available here at Freedom.fit 🦋 So excited! 🙌

The April 30-Day Fitness Challenge Starts April 1st!

Sometimes life hits hard. It’s ok to rest, pause, recharge. For years I always felt guilty slowing down, until my body forced me to slow down through a year long illness.

Now I try better to listen to my body, and rest when it is telling me to rest.

How do you take care of yourself through intense times? Please share! ❤️

That’s a great question. If you’re in the USA Lacey Dorotinsky typically you get certified as a group fitness instructor through an accredited company such as AFAA or ACE. And then to be honest with you, there are not a lot of options for learning how to teach step out there. One of my goals for 2026 is to put together a certified program that will help people learn how to teach step and walking workouts. Let me know if you have any other questions.
