Tomorrow is the day! 🙌 September 1st will be Day 1 of our next 30 Day Fitness Challenge.

Give your brain a break, and have all your workouts laid out for the month. Lace up your shoes 👟 👟 and hit play ▶️ 😅

We’ll combine cardio, strength training and flexibility for a well-rounded fitness routine to protect our beautiful hearts ♥️ and minds.

Yes Evelyn Bouwman - Ernst I’d say it’s for all workout levels. If you’d like to take a look at the workouts scheduled for the month you can click over to the browse page where all of the app workouts are located. Scroll down below the Step and Walk Across America, Canada, and UK Programs and you’ll see the category “monthly workout challenges”. This way you can take a look at what workouts are in the challenge for the month. 😃

Yes of course, please make it work for you Trish Parr-Brandt On the main browse page where all of the workouts on the app are located, if you scroll down below the Step and Walk Across America, Canada, and UK Programs, you’ll see a new category called “Monthly Fitness Challenges” There you’ll see the workouts listed for each day. You could tailor it for your needs from there. Hope that helps.

The September 2025 Fitness Challenge starts soon. Excited to start off this new month together!

For the month, each day there will be a set work out for the day. Cardio days will be a variety of walking or stepping workouts to get our hearts pumping. Weight training days we’ll either target the upper or lower body or have a total body strength training session. For flexibility days we’ll enjoy yoga flow using our breath as we improve flexibility, mobility and stability. There will always be one restorative yoga/flexibility day per week.

As always, listen to your body, and consider giving yourself an active rest day at least once a week.

 

This will be a great place to connect with others who are also taking on this challenge.  

Commit today to protect your beautiful heart, reduce stress this month, and just feel overall better. Let us know if you have any questions.

Excited for our FreedomFit kids to join Frank stepping across the world. Each workout is in a different location, and is 10 minutes of fun stepping.

This is a little glimpse of behind the scenes. I stand behind the camera and he is in a shot repeating the cues. That kid has had good rhythm since the day he was born! It warms my heart ♥️ to pass on my love of step to the younger generation!
