13 flights ✈️ and 21 days later we’ve got 23 new workouts filmed for the Step and Walk Across Australia and New Zealand Programs. We started our journey in Sydney with the iconic Sydney Opera House in the background, and we ended in Auckland, New Zealand with the iconic Sky Tower in the background. What an extraordinary trip!

Super excited for everyone to try these workouts in the new year. We’ve got lots of editing and reviewing next. You might be surprised at how much we thought about each of you as we filmed these new workouts.

This time of year with back-to-school for many of us, can be a great time to start a fitness routine. We’ve got you covered with our Mini to Mighty series (Walk, Step, and Weights), or our Walk and Step Programs in America, Canada, and the UK. If you’d like to join our monthly fitness challenges, that is always an option, where workouts are posted for each day on the calander.

January 2026 we’ll add in Walk and Step Across Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico.
